Pauline Alten currently is employed with Southern California Edison, SCE, at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station, supporting Projects and Engineering Services.  She has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University and is two classes away from completing a Project Managers Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.  Over the past 11 years Pauline has worked for SCE in various areas in Engineering.  She has devoted four years to Design Engineering, four years to the Engineering Work -It Now team (EWIN), three years to Procurement Engineering and has recently transitioned into Projects and Engineering Services as the manager of Engineering Training Coordination.  July of 2007 she started a WIN Chapter with her peers and has successfully brought the membership up to 75 members.  She is on the USWIN Region IV board and is a mentoree for the position of USWIN Vice President.
