- Mr. Dave Christian, CNO from Dominion Power will give us a tour of his executive offices in Richmond , VA (bus leaves at 7:00 a.m.) where we will be mentored for personal development and growth in the areas of Altruism and Leadership by his executive staff.

- Panel discussion by Senior Management CNOs in Region IV (Adam Heflin, Ross Ridenhouser, Rafael Flores and Dave Christian-Region2).
- Carol Berrigan will deliver a Keynote Luncheon speech.
- Pauline Alten and Robin Mcalphine will discuss how to start and build membership.
- Senator Claire McCaskill, of Missouri to discuss Women in Politics and How WIN can be effective.
- Leslie Kass will discuss the future of nuclear regarding buy-outs and what companies will look like 5-10 years down the road.
- Mauri Lemoncelli will discuss litigations and the NRC hearing process.
- Dinner with Dave Christian - The Potomac Winery - Dinner, Wine Tasting, and Grape Stomping
