- Reviewed Logo and edited

• Dotted line between Louisiana and Arkansas removed

- Reviewed Mission Statement and edited

• Peggy Henderson to submit additional statement on “Leadership”

- Reviewed By-Laws and edited

• Added “Quarterly, Conference Calls” under Meetings
• Added “with each site location allocated one vote” under Quorum
• Changed “STPNOC” to “Region IV Lead (1 site location)” under Responsibilities
• Added “(as necessary)” following “Region IV web site” in paragraph two
• Roman Numeral “III” becomes “Committees,” make ‘Standing Committees” a bullet under “Committees”
• Add “Executive Committee”, “Voting Committee”, and associated verbiage under “Committees”
• Under “Amendments,” add the word “regional” before “chapter”

• Jan Neher of Callaway met with the University of Missouri’s Nuclear Engineering Dept Head, and the University of MO agreed to host our Region IV WIN website.  The University of Missouri is interested in forming a “sister” chapter.
